We specialize in septic system installation, excavation, driveway construction, and general earthwork for residential and small commercial clients in midcoast Maine. Based in Wiley’s Corner (Route 73 and Route 131 vicinity), we are ideally situated to serve the entire St. George peninsula, Clark Island, Rackliff Island, Spruce Head, Owl’s Head, South Thomaston, Thomaston and other nearby towns. Our central location allows for efficient and quality service; combined with local knowledge and an understanding of each municipalities permitting and code enforcement procedures and preferences.

The earthwork season in our area generally runs from March/April through November/December, depending on the year. Ron typically operates the heavy equipment and handles day-to-day specifics at project sites. We employ seasonal help during the summer months to ensure efficient and timely project completion, taking full advantage of our best construction season. We also routinely team with Rockland-based Hall Landscaping, owned and operated by Caleb Hall (son), where landscaping design is required.

During the winter months Ron prepares sites for upcoming spring and summer construction whenever possible. Typical winter services include lot clearing, site preparation and cost estimating. Performing these tasks in-house ensures a site ready for earthwork construction as soon as the ground is ready in the spring.
